いつもONE OR EIGHTを応援いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
このたび、「ONE OR EIGHT Special SHOWCASE 2026–2027 in ASIA -V8-」において、一部の日本からご参加された方が、整理番号順に入場した後、他のお客様を押しのけたり、前方エリアへ無理に割り込んだりするなど、現地のイベントルールやマナーに反する行為について、現地ファンの皆さまからご指摘をいただいております。
このような行為により、現地ファンの皆さまならびにイベント運営関係者の皆さまにご不快な思いやご迷惑をおかけしておりますことを、運営として大変残念に思うとともに、深くお詫び申し上げます。
ONE OR EIGHTは、国や地域を問わず、すべてのファンの皆さまに安心して公演やイベントを楽しんでいただけることを大切にしております。
ご来場の際は、各会場で定められたルールや現地スタッフの案内・指示を必ずお守りいただき、他のお客様を押しのける行為や列への割り込み、場所取りなど、周囲の方のご迷惑となる行為はお控えください。
今後、ONE OR EIGHTが主催・出演するイベントにおいて、列への割り込みやスタッフの指示に従わない行為などが確認された場合には、イベント主催者および現地運営スタッフと連携のうえ、入場やイベントへの参加をお断りする場合がございます。
ONE OR EIGHTの活動を通じて、世界各地のファンの皆さまが気持ちよく交流できる環境を守っていくためにも、皆さまのご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

[An Apology and Request Regarding Audience Conduct at ONE OR EIGHT Special SHOWCASE 2026–2027 in ASIA -V8-]
Thank you for your continued support of ONE OR EIGHT.
We have received reports from local fans regarding inappropriate behavior by some attendees traveling from Japan at ONE OR EIGHT Special SHOWCASE 2026–2027 in ASIA -V8-. These reports include pushing other attendees aside and forcing their way into the front area after entering the venue in accordance with their assigned entry numbers, in violation of local event rules and proper audience etiquette.
We sincerely regret that such behavior has caused discomfort and inconvenience to local fans and event staff, and we would like to offer our deepest apologies to everyone affected.
ONE OR EIGHT values creating an environment where all fans, regardless of country or region, can enjoy our performances and events in a safe and comfortable manner.
When attending our events, please be sure to follow the rules established by each venue and the instructions given by local staff. We ask that you refrain from any behavior that may inconvenience other attendees, including pushing others aside, cutting in line, or reserving spaces.
Going forward, if we identify any instances of line-cutting or failure to follow staff instructions at events organized by or featuring ONE OR EIGHT, we may, in coordination with the event organizers and local event staff, refuse entry or participation in the event.
To help maintain an environment where fans around the world can connect and enjoy ONE OR EIGHT’s activities together in a positive and respectful atmosphere, we sincerely ask for your understanding and cooperation.
