This is information regarding ONE OR EIGHT STAGE ONE "SHŪKAI" which will be held from Friday, January 24, 2025.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that this performance will be a memorable and enjoyable experience for all those who attend.
*Please note that some changes may occur depending on the operational status of each venue.
＜Notice regarding numbered tickets＞
To avoid overcrowding, admission will be in the order of ticket numbers.
・Distribution time: From 16:00 on the day
・Distribution location: Front entrance of the venue
*Transferring or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited. If it is discovered that the tickets have been illegally resold, transferred, or exchanged, you will be denied entry. If you have already entered the venue, you will be asked to leave.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.
*If you are not present when the staff informs you, you will be admitted from the back of the line.
<Notice regarding filming>
Photography and video recording are permitted during the performance.
Please check the following precautions and follow the rules to enjoy the event.
・Photography is only permitted with smartphones and mobile phones.
・Bringing any photographic or recording equipment such as single-lens reflex cameras or video cameras, binoculars with filming capabilities, or tablet devices is strictly prohibited.
- Flash photography and the use of photography aids such as tripods, selfie sticks, and external telephoto lenses are prohibited.
・Activities such as live streaming (live audio and video broadcasting) are strictly prohibited.
・Photography is only permitted in your seat. Moving to the aisle or other areas to take photographs is prohibited.
・It is prohibited to take photos with smartphones or mobile phones held above your head.
・The use of photographs and videos taken for commercial purposes is prohibited.
・At each performance, cameras for recording videos and taking photos will be set up in the venue, and attendees may appear in media and product footage. Please note that the recorded footage and photos may be used for merchandise and promotional purposes.
Anyone who does not follow the instructions and warnings of staff regarding the above may be asked to leave.
<About merchandise sales at the venue>
・Distribution time: From 16:00 on the day
Payment method: Cash only
*Please note that the product quantity is limited and will end as soon as stock runs out.
*We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons of customer convenience after purchase. In the case of defective products, exchanges are only possible at the venue on the day of purchase, so please be sure to check the products and quantities purchased on the spot.
<To all participants with tickets that come with merchandise>
In order to avoid crowding at the venue on the day of this performance, a separate pre-pick-up booth will be set up for those who purchase tickets for "Live Viewing + STAGE ONE Original Goods" or "Live Viewing + STAGE ONE Original Goods + MEET & GREET".
・PICK-UP Booth: 16:00-18:00 on the day
*The PICK-UP booth will be closed once before the opening. If you are unable to pick up your item in advance, it will be handed over to you at the reception desk upon entry.
*Please note that the end time for collection may change depending on the situation on the day.
*If you do not collect your ticket, it will be automatically cancelled after the PICK-UP booth closes on each performance day.
<To all Meet & Greet participants>
All participants in the Meet & Greet are requested to cooperate by following the announcements made in the venue after the performance.
On the day, we will be handing out T-shirts and autographed polaroid photos of the members at the PICK-UP booth.
One of the eight types of instant photos will be chosen at random.
If you win the special offer available only to those who purchase tickets with MEET & GREET, you will receive your prize after the MEET & GREET ends.
On the day, please follow the instructions of the staff to collect your item. You will need to present this email when you collect your item, so please have it ready.
