If there is a line of people waiting for the numbered tickets, the above entrance may open earlier and you may be directed to the ticket distribution area on the 3rd floor Sky Court.

■How to participate in the event
On the day of the event, various participation tickets will be distributed to those who purchase release commemorative goods at the venue.
To purchase release commemorative goods, you will need a purchase ticket that will be issued in advance.

We will give you the following.
*You can choose either part 1 or part 2.
*There will be a purchase limit per person per transaction. Please check the limit at the sales booth on the day.
*Even if you purchase multiple items, one "priority area admission ticket with serial number" will be distributed per person per session. The serial number of the admission ticket will be distributed randomly. "High Touch event participation tickets" will be distributed in the number of purchased tickets for the session of your choice.
*Release commemorative goods, "priority area admission tickets with serial numbers" and "high-five event participation tickets" are available in limited quantities. Sales and distribution will end once they are gone.
*Minors must obtain parental consent before making a purchase. All purchases are subject to parental consent.
<Payment method>
Cash, credit cards, and PayPay can be used at the special cash register on the day. Please note that barcode payments, gift certificates, electronic money, barcode payments, coupons, etc. cannot be used. Various point services, receipt issuance, and parking services are also not applicable.
<Mini live priority area admission>
Those who have a "priority area admission ticket with serial number" will be guided in the order of their serial numbers.
Each person will need their own admission ticket, and no companions will be allowed. Elementary school students and above will need an admission ticket.
At the discretion of on-site staff, only preschool children will be allowed to accompany guests.
If you are late for the meeting time, you will be admitted from the back of the line regardless of your ticket number.
If you would like to enter with your companions, please enter according to the serial number at the back.

We will start as soon as we are ready after the mini live.
There are no serial numbers on the high-five tickets. We will guide you in order starting from the priority area.
Only those who have a "high touch event participation ticket" for each session can participate.
One ticket is required per person, and no companions are allowed. Elementary school students and above will need a participation ticket.
At the discretion of on-site staff, only preschool children will be allowed to accompany guests.
If you have multiple tickets, please queue at the back of the line.
Please refrain from any actions other than high-fiving.
The high-five event will end without notice as soon as the line of participants ends. After that, the participation ticket will become invalid, so if you would like to participate, please line up in advance.
■How to issue a numbered ticket to purchase release commemorative goods
We will issue numbered tickets for purchases made via the LINE app.
If you would like to purchase release commemorative goods, please apply for a numbered ticket by the deadline following the steps below.
If there are more applications than planned, numbered tickets will be issued by lottery.
*The serial number on the merchandise purchase ticket will be used for lining up when purchasing.
Please note that this is different from the serial number on the priority area admission ticket given to you when you purchase merchandise.

2. Tap the "Apply for a ticket" banner in the message.
3. Turn on all the required items and tap "Allow"
4. Tap "Now accepting reservations" for the date you wish to book.
5. Tap "Apply" and press "OK"
6. Your ticket will be reflected in "My Tickets" on the ticket application page.
7. After the ticket has been issued, the person concerned can press the "My Tickets" display button to display the serial number.
<Operation instructions on the day of the event>
1. Please make sure to check your serial number and call status, and come to the sales booth at the scheduled meeting time printed on your ticket.
2. When you are able to enter, a "Purchase Ticket" QR code will be displayed. The admission ticket will be handled by staff, so please show the ticket screen to the staff at the entrance to the sales area.
*The serial number being called will be displayed on your ticket at all times. You will not be guided to the sales booth before the scheduled meeting time.
*Even if you have a numbered ticket, it does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase release commemorative goods or receive a "priority area admission ticket with serial number" or "high-five event participation ticket." Please note that both are limited in number and sales and distribution will end once they are gone.
■Notes
*The event will be held in case of rain or will be canceled in case of severe weather, but due to other circumstances, the event may be canceled at short notice or only the special event may be held. Please note that even in such cases, we cannot guarantee transportation costs to the venue or refunds for products. The same applies if some members are unable to participate in the event.
*Event content may change depending on members' circumstances, etc.
*Please note that we cannot accept any gifts (including letters) at the venue.
*Please refrain from using umbrellas even in rainy weather. Please bring your own raincoat. Parasols are also prohibited.

*There are no lockers or cloakrooms at the venue. Please take responsibility for your own valuables and luggage.

*Please do not leave luggage or other items to reserve a spot for your companion, or have your companion cut in line later.
*Staff may remove any luggage that is left behind. The organizers and facility will not take any responsibility for any luggage that is removed.
*Any actions that may cause inconvenience to customers other than event participants or neighboring stores, such as staying up all night to reserve spots around the venue, or eating, drinking, or smoking in the event space, are strictly prohibited. Also, drinking or drinking under the influence is prohibited from participating in the event. In such cases, staff may ask you to leave the event area at their discretion.
