To ensure that everyone attending "ONE OR EIGHT SHŪKAI 2026-2027 in JAPAN -2GATHER-" can enjoy the performance safely and comfortably, we would like to inform you of some important points regarding live viewing.
To ensure that all customers can enjoy the live performance with peace of mind, please be sure to check the following information before coming to the venue and we ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the rules and manners.
◆ Regarding photography, videography, and audio recording
For this performance, we want you to enjoy ONE OR EIGHT's live performance firsthand.
Therefore, taking photographs, videos, or making audio recordings during the performance is strictly prohibited, regardless of the equipment used.
Bringing or using SLR cameras, video cameras, IC recorders, and other recording or photographic equipment, as well as laser pointers, into the venue is strictly prohibited. If you have any of these devices, please inform a staff member before entering.
Taking photos, videos, or making audio recordings with smartphones or mobile phones is prohibited.
Please refrain from using smartphones or mobile phones during the performance. If you must use them, please move to an area outside the seating area, such as the lobby, before using them.
Please be sure to set your smartphone or mobile phone to silent mode while inside the venue.
If any prohibited photography or recording is detected, staff may ask you to stop and delete the recorded data. Furthermore, if you do not comply with staff instructions, you may be asked to leave the premises.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that everyone can fully enjoy the live performance.
◆ About the admission and viewing areas
Please follow the instructions of the staff and personnel inside the venue.
For standing-room-only performances, entry will be in order of assigned numbers. We will check your assigned number upon entry, so please follow the instructions of our staff.
Cutting in line by ignoring the queue number or pushing other customers aside to move to the front is prohibited.
Reserving seats or taking up more space than necessary within the audience area of the live music venue is prohibited.
- Reserving seats or spaces by placing belongings is prohibited. If such behavior is observed, staff may speak to you and ask you to move your belongings.
・For performances with assigned seating, please watch the show within the boundaries of your assigned seat. Please refrain from encroaching on the aisles or engaging in any behavior that obstructs the view of other audience members.
Dangerous activities such as climbing on chairs or railings, or jumping from chairs or railings, are prohibited.
Please refrain from actions such as running towards the stage or pushing forward, as this could lead to unexpected accidents or injuries.
◆ Regarding cheering etiquette during performances
To ensure that all attendees can enjoy the ONE OR EIGHT concert, we ask for your consideration towards those around you.
Please refrain from excessive cheering behavior that may disturb other customers, such as vigorously waving both arms from side to side, spinning, swinging your arms wildly, or leaning your upper body far back.
Actions that may cause contact with other customers or that may disrupt the viewing experience are prohibited.
Please refrain from speaking loudly or making excessive noise that may disrupt the performance.
Throwing objects onto the stage or into the audience is extremely dangerous, whether intentional or accidental, and is therefore prohibited.
The use of megaphones, whistles, and other items that produce loud noises is prohibited.
Please refrain from any actions that obstruct the view of other customers.
Furthermore, at standing-room-only performances, high heels, platform shoes, or shoes with increased height due to insoles, etc., may cause injuries or accidents, such as stepping on the feet of other audience members.
For safety reasons, please wear comfortable and stable footwear when you come to the venue.
◆ About cheering goods
When using message boards (A4 size: 210mm x 297mm or less) or fans, please be sure to hold them at chest height so as not to obstruct the view of other customers.
Please refrain from holding cheering goods above your head or waving them around wildly.
- If staff determine that your use is obstructing the safety or view of other customers, you may be asked to refrain from using it.
◆ Prohibited actions within the venue
Bringing alcoholic beverages into the venue and consuming them is prohibited.
・Entry will be strictly prohibited for anyone under the influence of alcohol.
If you are found to be bringing in or consuming alcohol, you may be asked to dispose of the items, and you may be denied entry or asked to leave the premises.
Please dispose of any trash generated within the venue in the designated trash cans or take it home with you.
Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other customers, any dangerous behavior, or any behavior that may disrupt the progress of the performance.
◆ About fan letters and gifts
Fan letters will be collected in a designated box set up inside the venue.
Please note that we cannot accept any gifts other than fan letters.
Please note that we are unable to accept the following items for safekeeping.

• Perishable items (food, beverages, plants, living things, etc.)
Cash and gift certificates

Please refrain from handing items directly to the members.

◆ What happens if you violate the terms and conditions?
If you do not follow the above precautions, if the staff determines that your actions are disrupting the performance, or if you do not follow the staff's instructions, you may be denied entry or asked to leave the venue even if the performance is already in progress.
Please note that we will not be able to refund the ticket price in this case.
Furthermore, if dangerous behavior occurs frequently during the performance, or if we determine that it is difficult to ensure the safety of our audience, we may temporarily suspend or cancel the performance.
We cannot be held responsible for any injuries or problems arising from dangerous behavior, except in cases where the cause is attributable to the fault of the organizers, venue, or performers.
In the unlikely event that you witness any dangerous or prohibited behavior within the venue, please do not try to resolve the issue amongst yourselves, but instead inform a nearby staff member.
